While appointments aren't required, we encourage scheduling one to ensure a seamless fitting experience. The appointment will typically take 15-20 minutes to select your preferred decoration and finalize details.

Please bring your varsity letter with you so it can be sewn onto the jacket.  If the athlete is a hoodie wearer, having a hoodie will also be helpful for fitting.

Of course, walk-ins are always welcome!

For larger groups, we can arrange a group/private on-site fitting

Each jacket is made-to-order with personalized customization options, ensuring that it fits your unique style. We create the chenille or felt patches individually for each jacket. Unlike generic off-the-shelf letters, our jackets are crafted with the utmost attention to detail, resulting in a personalized and exceptional garment.

Lead time on jackets is typically 10 to 12 weeks, but can sometimes take a little longer during the busy season.  Due to the totally custom nature, rushing jackets is not possible.
